What’s included
Each month your membership includes one 60-minute massage or one 30-minute hydrofacial. You choose which one each month.
Upgrades
You can upgrade your included visit for:
- 90-minute massage: +$50
- 60-minute hydrofacial: +$70
- Signature Head Spa: +$20
- Foot Spa Ritual: +$20
Member pricing
Members receive member pricing on additional visits for these services only:
- 60-minute massage
- 90-minute massage
- 30-minute hydrofacial
- 60-minute hydrofacial
- Signature Head Spa
- Foot Spa Ritual
Member pricing does not apply to other services.
Price and billing
The membership is $100 per month. Your first payment is on the next 1st or 15th of the month after you join, whichever comes first, and on that same day every month after. Your card is charged automatically until your membership ends.
Your first month
Nothing is charged when you sign up. Your first included visit is available after your first $100 payment.
Use it or lose it
Included visits do not roll over. Any visit not used by your next billing date is forfeited.
Late cancellations and no-shows
My 24-hour cancellation policy applies to member visits. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, that month’s included visit is forfeited.
For you only
Your membership is personal to you. Included visits and member pricing cannot be shared, transferred or gifted.
Cancelling: 30 days’ written notice
Your membership is month to month, with no long-term contract. To cancel, submit the cancellation form or email massagebykath@gmail.com. Your cancellation takes effect 30 days after I receive your notice. Any payment that falls within those 30 days will still be charged, and you can use the visit it includes until your membership ends.
Failed payments
If a payment doesn’t go through, your included visit and member pricing are paused until your payment is updated.
Changes to these terms
I’ll give members at least 30 days’ notice by email before any change to price or terms.
